In addition to his Washington licenses, Butch is a licensed designated real estate broker in the state of Idaho. Outside of real estate, he has spent countless hours behind a microphone conducting registered cattle sales across the Pacific Northwest and the country encompassing him with numerous relationships in the agricultural sector. Butch is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics. He is an Eastern Washington native raised on the family farm outside Connell, though he has been a Colfax resident for more than half of his life. He and his wife, Jennifer, currently live on a farm just outside of Colfax. Butch is ecstatic to have his son, Cotton, back home following in his footsteps as a real estate broker and auctioneer. Butch and Cotton are members of the Booker Auction Company<\/a> family (located in Eltopia, WA) with a lifetime of knowledge in agriculture, business values, marketing and sales. In 2021, Booker was named champion Northwest Auctioneer, and in 2023 he was crowned as the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association Pro Bid Calling Champion. In 2022, Cotton was selected as one of four finalists for the National FFA Organization\u2019s top achievement award \u2013 American Star in Agribusiness for his SAE project of Agricultural Auctioneering.
