B2B LLC is led by C.D. “Butch” Booker who serves as the designated broker and co-owner of the firm. Butch has decades of real estate experience and is also the owner and designated broker of Kincaid Real Estate, which primarily serves the needs of residential clients. In addition to his Washington licenses, Butch is a licensed designated real estate broker in the state of Idaho. Outside of real estate, he has spent countless hours behind a microphone conducting registered cattle sales across the Pacific Northwest and the country encompassing him with numerous relationships in the agricultural sector. Butch is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics. He is an Eastern Washington native raised on the family farm outside Connell, though he has been a Colfax resident for more than half of his life. He and his wife, Jennifer, currently live on a farm just outside of Colfax. Butch is ecstatic to have his son, Cotton, back home following in his footsteps as a real estate broker and auctioneer. Butch and Cotton are members of the Booker Auction Company family (located in Eltopia, WA) with a lifetime of knowledge in agriculture, business values, marketing and sales. In 2008, Butch won the International Auctioneer Championship hosted by the National Auction Association in which he has been a member for over 30 years. His time and experience within agriculture and the auction industry have afforded Butch the opportunity to serve on various boards and committees involving both sectors.

Cotton Booker is graduate of Oklahoma State University obtaining a degree in Agribusiness with a concentration in Pre-law and a minor in Agricultural Real Estate Appraisal. Booker is a native of Colfax, Washington, and 2020 Colfax High grad. He is proud to be back home to follow in his family’s footsteps as a 3rd generation auctioneer and 2nd generation real estate broker. In 2018, Cotton won the International Junior Auctioneer Championship hosted by the National Auction Association in which he is a proud member. In 2021, Booker was named champion Northwest Auctioneer, and in 2023 he was crowned as the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association Pro Bid Calling Champion. In 2022, Cotton was selected as one of four finalists for the National FFA Organization’s top achievement award – American Star in Agribusiness for his SAE project of Agricultural Auctioneering. Cotton is a broker and co-owner of B2B LLC and co-owner and auctioneer for Booker2Bid.com, an online auction platform used to host real estate auctions for B2B LLC and our sister companies. Booker2bid.com was created during the COVID-19 pandemic to allow for real estate auctions to continue to set record high land prices. In addition to his responsibilities as a broker, Cotton can be found managing his family’s small herd of Wagyu cattle or conducting auction-related business across the Pacific Northwest and the country specializing in industrial/farm equipment, livestock, and fundraising auctions.
